Twelve-person team takes turns running 200 miles during Ragnar Relay Etier Charlotte Etier started the first of 200 miles in the dark, running with a headlamp through the woods near Cumberland, Md. She crossed the finish line in Washington, D.C., 33 hours later on Oct. 3, along with 11 other people on a Ragnar Relay team sponsored by the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.
